其實我覺得運動員們是不太適合綜藝的，因為很多情況下運動員都是隻適合在運動場上角逐的人，根本不適合跨界從體育圈跑到娛樂圈，這個跨界看起來是普普通通，但是背後卻是有很多地方都不太適合的。
其實體育相關的領域在我國社會大眾眼裡都是出於比較弱勢的地位的。體育競技必須要出成績，在運動員代表地區、國家出戰時，不僅要為自己爭取更好的成績，更多的應該是腰圍國家爭光。而娛樂節目，更多的是被認為取悅大眾的產品。
在這種情況下如果運動員並沒有取得預期的成績，同時剛好又在期間出現在綜藝娛樂節目時，就會成為外界口誅筆伐的物件。
馮瀟霆、林丹在去年的節目中的表現讓人印象深刻，除了他們在節目中的絕佳表現之外，還因為他們通過節目告訴觀眾，他們也是普通人。在該節目的鄒市明專場中，也取得同樣的效果。中國的拳擊運動員鄒市明在節目裡的表現讓觀眾擺脫了對拳擊運動的刻板印象，同時也讓大眾和運動的距離更近了一步。
所以無論如何，我覺得還是應該支援運動員上各種各樣的節目的，這樣可以展現運動員們不一樣的一面。體育運動其實也是娛樂活動的一個分支，將運動員娛樂化是在體育商業化的舉措中，最為快速、價效比最高的一種方式。這樣的話可以讓社會大眾更好的融入到體育中來。

跨界運動員在國外比較多，比如《吸血鬼日記》的女主nina dobrev是加拿大奧運會體操選手，《速度與激情》的dwayne johnson是摔跤冠軍運動員，jason statham是英國國家跳水隊運動員。以前最先跨界的是方力申，香港遊泳運動員，然後還有劉璇，田亮。不過他們都是退役之後轉行娛樂圈的，同時進行肯定是不行的。
