這是個玻利維亞版的綠野仙蹤:有一個失聰的孩子,他擁有感知他人困難的能力,同時他也能夠發出很大的吼聲,那種力量就像是龍捲風與**同時發生的強大力量。他長期受到父親的凌虐,終於受不了而逃離父親,找到一隻流浪狗,還找到了一個被村人處以投石極刑的男子,並幫助他恢復心跳。
然後他幫助了一個被惡魔（ el tio）毀容的老預言家,他曾經是某個祭拜惡魔的村莊的一份子,但後來那個村莊的人被惡魔發出的叫聲給影響,大家自相殘殺,而最終導致毀滅。老預言家不屈從於惡魔的控制，所以被惡魔詛咒並毀容了。
透過了解這個老預言家的故事,他詢問了惡魔的藏身之處,這三個人與一隻狗一起旅行前往那個被遺棄的礦井;他們到達惡魔的藏身之處,但另外兩人與那隻狗無法再繼續深入,因為惡魔的低吟一直試圖讓他們喪失理智,他們無法忍受,只好先行離開。但那個聽不見的孩子完全不受影響,所以潛入最深處,儘可能地大聲吶喊,試圖把惡魔趕走、不讓他**的低吟繼續詛咒別人。
mv採用了一個開放式的結尾。惡魔（ el tio）統治者地下世界，包括礦井。礦工們為了更安全的工作，會向惡魔獻祭一隻只的駱駝以求平安。
而孩子的舉動則犧牲了自己，為得是能讓礦工們能擺脫惡魔的影響。同樣也可以看做孩子通過自己的能力幫助了那些不能拯救自己的人們。
